Waiting Time and Ancillery Charge Policy

It is inevitable that unavoidable delays occur at airports, functions or shows that overrun, and longer than expected service in restaurants. However we operate to minimize the waiting time wherever possible.

• At airports and stations we have live technology that lets us track your flights etc. and we aim to be inside the arrivals hall at the time of landing. We allow 45 minutes from touch down within the agreed price before we charge any waiting.

• If you wish to freshen up in the lounges prior to leaving we will allow 15 minutes beyond the agreed meeting time before we charge waiting however your booker must advise us of this in advance. This allowance also applies to your appearance at all other venues.

• We as a standard service offer a meet and greet service inside the arrivals hall. All we ask of you is to cover the car park charge.

• For journeys inside the London Congestion Charge Zone we ask you to stand that cost and please be aware that the most direct and fastest route from A to B may mean driving through this zone.
